  • Cross-Platform Sync: Unified chat history and file uploads across Web and Mobile
  • File Analysis: Upload and analyze PDFs and Word documents
  • AI-Powered Web Search: Intelligent search with source citations

Technical Achievements:

  1. Performance Optimization: Reduced streaming data payload by 50x (650KB to 13KB per request)
  2. Separate Backends: Decoupled mobile and web backends to prevent version conflicts
  3. OTA Updates: Implemented Shorebird for instant hotfixes bypassing app store reviews
  4. Subscription Model: Integrated Stripe (Web/Android) and Apple IAP (iOS)
